Who I am

Hi! I’m Aslınaz Aykaya,
I’m a photographer, videographer and a writer. Occasionally doing graphic design too...
Born, raised and based in Turkiye.

Grabbed a Nikon F90X when I was just 10, and shoot cat pictures with my father’s precious 35mm, filled the full roll. Since then I think of the world in a visual manner. Photos, videos, sometimes illustrations, sometimes graphic design… I grew up to be Swiss knife.
I studied BA in Media and Visual Arts at Koç University. (Graduated in 2018)
Most of my career was focused on social media. I had periods of working in advertisement production (mostly TV commercials)

I have a few YouTube channels (yes plural) to have different outlets for different things. But for me Youtube should stay as a passion project on the side, otherwise I feel blocked and not produce anything.

I’m currently in the phase of “re-discovering” myself. So we’ll see together what I will uncover.
